Products

 

All products offered for sale are presented in the sections "Categories" of my website. The photographs are not included in the contract. All text and images presented on the website are reserved for worldwide under copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited. 

The characteristics of each product are shown by clicking on the name or image of the product. 

Prices

 

All prices are quoted in euros. The price presented after clicking the icon "Buy" is without VAT and does not include freight and fees payment. 

The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price without taxes (VAT does not apply: Article 293 B of the CGI.). This price includes the price of the products, shipping costs and payment charges. 

My Table Relevable reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products ordered are charged at prevailing prices at the time of the order. 

 

Order

 

The customer confirms the order by clicking on the "Continue" at the bottom of the page "Order Confirmation". The validation of the order implies the validation and acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Before the validation, it is systematically offered the customer to check each element of his order; he can correct any mistakes by clicking the icon "return" at the bottom of each page. 

Payment terms

 

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Ma Table Relevable. The order can be paid the day of the order. 

Payment is either by secure Paypal (€ 3 surcharge) bank transfer or by check (Supplement 1 €) or in cash if hand delivery of the order. 

Validated by the customer will be considered effective when the payment centers concerned have given their consent. Regarding payments by check (s), removing or shipping of the order is made only after verification and collection of these. 

The payment of your order can be done either by PAYPAL or by check payable to Dussaut Laurent. 

Shipping, delivery time and shipping cost

 

Distribution is by DHL XL in 3-5 working days to ensure you a receipt within a maximum of 10 working days from the day following the order. 

The delivery rate in France is a single price of 10 € for the purchase of one or more mechanisms. If the total order exceeds the sum of 200 €, the delivery is free.

The hand delivery is free in Bordeaux and its neighbourhood by appointment (date, time and address must be attached). 

Retraction period and conditions

 

According to the Consumer Code, you have a right of retraction for seven days, from the day of receiving the order. For retraction, I invite you to contact me using the contact form available on the website. 

For an exchange or refund, send back item (s) new (s) in its (their) package (s) of origin intact (s) or in suitable packaging and in perfect condition for the type of product, its weight and size. Returned products must be made within the time prescribed by the procedure, the date shown on the delivery note evidencing the delivery date. Any product that has been damaged in any way it will be refunded or exchanged. 

Costs and risks related to the return of a product are the only responsibility of the customer. 

Upon exercise of the right of retraction, Ma Table Relevable is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer at no charge, except for return postage. Repayment can be made by re-crediting the card, by check or by transfer to the bank or post office account which will initially used for payment of product by the customer within a maximum of 30 days after the mailing of confirmation of receipt of the product to the customer. 

 

Disputes

 

Ma Table Relevable can not be held liable for damages of any kind, whether materials or immaterials or corporals, which could result from a malfunction or improper use of products sold. It is the same for any changes resulting from product manufacturers. Responsibility for Ma Table Relevable will not, in any event, exceed the amount of the order and can not be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of products. 

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in those who took the trouble to explain his situation. In case of dispute, the customer should first contact the company to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the District Court has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.
